We deliver hot meals to support your health, well-being and independence. We work with an enthusiastic team of volunteers that deliver nutritious, wholesome, home-style meals to anyone who qualifies for temporary or long-term meal assistance. Meals are prepared by the Shangri La Staff and delivered throughout Drayton Valley, five times per week.

Cancelling Meals
If a meal is to be cancelled for some reason the client, or someone, MUST call the Kitchen before 10:00 AM, the morning of the meal cancellation, If a meal has been prepared for a client, and has been delivered then the client is responsible to pay for that meal. Cost per meal is $8.50
To make any changes to your meals or cancel a meal, call Shangri-La Lodge Kitchen at 780-542-2712, before 10:00 AM.
Meals will not be left by the Volunteer drivers if you are not at home to receive them. Health regulations require that meals be refrigerated and consumed within a specific time frame and when you are not at home we cannot guarantee the safety of the meal, and we do not want you to get sick.
